Where Is the SD Card Slot?
On most Hyundai and Kia models, the navigation SD card slot is on the face of the infotainment head unit — a small slot usually located beside the screen. Check your owner’s manual for the exact location on your model year.
Installation Steps
- Start the engine
- Press the existing SD card to eject it from the head unit slot
- Insert the new map update card until it clicks in place
- Confirm the update prompt on screen
- Allow 30–50 minutes with the engine running
- Leave the card inserted permanently after installation
