Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing from SatNavCardPro (satnavcardpro.com). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

SatNavCardPro is an online retailer specialising in factory navigation SD cards and map updates for vehicles. We can be contacted at info@satnavcardpro.com or via WhatsApp at +86 132 6582 1022.

2. Products

  • All navigation SD cards are genuine OEM or licensed map update cards.
  • Product listings clearly state which vehicle makes, models, and navigation systems they are compatible with. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchasing.
  • Map data is pre-loaded onto cards at the time of despatch. The map version supplied is the latest available at that time.
  • We reserve the right to substitute an equivalent or superior product where an exact item is out of stock, with prior notification.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in your selected currency (USD by default). Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where shown.
  • Payment is required in full at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of your order.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed before 2PM on a business day are typically despatched the same day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking when despatched.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including if we suspect fraud or if a product is incorrectly listed.

5. Shipping

  • United States: 2–4 business days (free on orders over $49)
  • United Kingdom: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 3–6 business days
  • Rest of World: 5–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day returns policy. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

In summary:

  • Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
  • If a card is incompatible with the vehicle it was purchased for (as described in the listing), we will replace it or refund you in full.
  • We do not accept returns of cards that have been used or whose packaging has been opened, unless faulty.

7. Warranty

All products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage caused by misuse, dropping, or incorrect insertion
  • Damage caused by using the card in a non-compatible vehicle
  • Normal wear and tear

8. Intellectual Property

All content on satnavcardpro.com — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of SatNavCardPro or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • SatNavCardPro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.
  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
  • We are not responsible for any accidents, fines, or damages arising from reliance on navigation data on our SD cards. Map data is provided for guidance only — always follow road signs and local laws.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. The date at the top indicates the last revision.
