We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

30-Day Returns

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is in its original, unused condition.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at support@satnavcardpro.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send you a returns authorisation and address within 24 hours.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back using a tracked service.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Wrong Item / Compatibility Issue

If we sent the wrong item, or the card is not compatible with your vehicle despite matching the product description, we’ll cover return postage and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • SD cards that have been activated or used
  • VIN-locked cards that have been programmed to a specific vehicle

Refund Method

Refunds are returned to your original payment method (card or PayPal) within 3–5 business days of us receiving the return.
