How do I know which SD card fits my car?
Check your car’s navigation system name – it’s usually shown on the screen startup, in your owner’s manual, or on a sticker near the SD card slot. Search our store by your car’s make and model, or contact us if you’re unsure.
Will this work with my factory navigation system?
Yes – all cards we sell are genuine OEM factory updates. They work exactly like the original card, no modifications needed. Each product listing states compatible models and navigation system names clearly.
Do I need to go to a dealer?

How long does delivery take?
UK orders typically arrive in 2–4 business days. European orders take 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once dispatched.
What if the card doesn’t work in my car?

What is a VIN-locked card?
Some Mazda Connect 2 cards are programmed to a specific vehicle using its VIN number. If you’re buying a VIN-locked card, please provide your VIN at checkout so we can program it before shipping. This adds 1–2 days to processing.
Can I use one card in multiple cars?
Standard cards can generally be moved between compatible vehicles. VIN-locked cards are programmed to one specific vehicle and cannot be transferred.
My map update shows an older year – is this normal?
The version number (e.g. V12, F12, V19) refers to the map data edition, not the calendar year. The product listing clearly states the map year (e.g. 2024, 2025, 2026).
